The driver was interviewed and during the interview the officer observed the odor of marijuana. The driver and passengers were asked about the odor. The driver consented to a search of the vehicle. During the search marijuana and paraphernalia were discovered in the vehicle. The driver and one passenger were issued citations and one was transported to the Horry County Detention Center. The contraband was seized. |
