Scheduling and Event Services operates and maintains the University's centralized scheduling and calendar system using contemporary technologies to provide unparalleled, professional technical production and venue services for Wheelwright Auditorium and the HTC Center Arena, as well as ticketing and house management for a diverse schedule of non-athletic, educational, social and entertainment events. Our mission is to enhance the Coastal experience by providing first-class service and connecting individuals with the right resources.
To schedule an event on Coastal Carolina University campus, CCU employees use 25Live Pro, the University's web-based event publishing, calendaring and scheduling solution. You can request the use of University space 24 hours a day, seven days a week from any computer connected to the internet.
