SCS HelpDesks
Student Computing Services (SCS) has several Help Desks on-campus to provide
students with information and assistance with all their computing needs.
The primary helpdesk is located in the main office of SCS in Prince 204-C.
Other helpdesks are located at
- Kimbel Library Computer Lab
- EHFA Computer Lab (Humanities building, room 108)
- Science Computer Lab(Science Building, room 122)
- Wall Computer Lab (Wall building, room 108)
Student Technical Consultants at the Tech Support Center in Prince 205 assist
students with:
- Problems accessing the university network
- Spyware/Virus related issues

Problems accessing WebMail, WebAdvisor, Blackboard, Clean Access Agent, etc.
- General computer problems (*)

Resolution of problems associated with accessing computing resources

Helping with resolution of problems caused by errors in operating systems
or application software
* Newly purchased computers are under warranty and
students should first seek assistance as directed by the warranty.
