SCS HelpDesks

Student Computing Services (SCS) has several Help Desks on-campus to provide students with information and assistance with all their computing needs.

The primary helpdesk is located in the main office of SCS in Prince 204-C.

Other helpdesks are located at

• Kimbel Library Computer Lab
• EHFA Computer Lab (Humanities building, room 108)
• Science Computer Lab(Science Building, room 122)
• Wall Computer Lab (Wall building, room 108)

Student Technical Consultants at the Tech Support Center in Prince 205 assist students with:

• Problems accessing the university network
• Spyware/Virus related issues
• Problems accessing WebMail, WebAdvisor, Blackboard, Clean Access Agent, etc.
• General computer problems (*)
• Resolution of problems associated with accessing computing resources
• Helping with resolution of problems caused by errors in operating systems or application software

* Newly purchased computers are under warranty and students should first seek assistance as directed by the warranty.
