Resident Computing Consultants
The Resident Computing Consultants (RCC) are responsible for providing after
hours tech support to the residence halls. The RCCs’ are available to assist
students between the hours of 6:00pm to 9:00pm.
Some services provided by the RCCs’
- Assist in virus removal
- Install virus removal software
- Help students connect to the network
- Diagnose network problems
- Maintains the computer labs
