The Student Technical Consultants at the Tech Support Center in Prince 205 assist students with:

Problems accessing the university network
Advise with virus related issues
Problems with accessing CCUApps, Webadvisor, Blackboard, Cisco NAC Agent, etc.
General computer problems *
Resolution of problems associated with accessing computing resources
Resolution of problems caused by errors in operating systems or application software

* Newly purchased computer are under warranty and students should first seek assistance as directed by the warranty.
