The Student Technical Consultants at the Tech Support Center in Kearns Hall 113 assist students with:
- Problems accessing the
- Advise with virus, spyware and malware related
- Problems with accessing
CCUApps, Webadvisor, Moodle, Safe Connect, etc.
- General computer problems
- Resolution of problems
associated with accessing computing resources
of problems caused by errors in operating systems or application software
Newly purchased computer are under warranty and students should first seek assistance
as directed by the warranty.
