Tech Talk is SCS' tech support messenging system that allows students to talk to a help desk represenative online. Tech Talk provides assitance with:
- Accessing E-mail, Moodle, Webadvisor
- Accessing Coastal's network
- Downloading Norton Anti-virus
- Internet browsers such as Internet Explorer, Chrome and Firefox.
- Misc. questions.
Tech Talk is available during Lab operating hours.
