If the Cisco NAC Agent is currently running, right-click on its icon in the taskbar and close the program first.
Open your Applications folder and find the ‘CCAAgent’ application.
Drag the ‘CCAAgent’ application to the Trash on your desktop to delete it. This will uninstall the Cisco NAC
Agent from your computer.
Restart your computer

computer to the Tech Support Center in the Kearns Hall Room 113 during normal operating hours. No
appointment is necessary but we do require for you to stay with your device while it is being serviced.
