Uninstall Cisco Nac Agent (Apple)

    Mac OS:


  1. If the Cisco NAC Agent is currently running, right-click on its icon in the taskbar and close the program first.
  2. Open your Applications folder and find the ‘CCAAgent’ application.
  3. Drag the ‘CCAAgent’ application to the Trash on your desktop to delete it. This will uninstall the Cisco NAC Agent from your computer.
  4. Restart your computer

If you are having difficulties and would like assistance, you can contact Student Computing Services at 843-349-2908 or Tech Support at 843-349-2220. You can also bring your computer to the Tech Support Center in the Prince Building Room 205 during normal operating hours. No appointment is necessary but we do require for you to stay with your device while it is being serviced.
