Keynote Speaker

Francette Carnahan is a professional educator with over twenty years experience in higher education settings. A native Texan, she has a Ph.D. in Higher Education Administration, a M.Ed. in Counseling and Student Services, and a B.A. Degree in Speech and Drama, all from the University of North Texas in Denton. She has held a variety of positions in higher education ranging from student secretary to Vice President in the areas of Student Development and Community and Economic Development to Vice Chancellor.

Early-bird registration ends September 30th. Starting on October 1 the rate will be $175, until October 30. The rate is honored as long as you register on the web site, and does not matter if your check is received past the deadline.

Early bird rate of $140 until September 30.
$175 rate from October 1 until October 30.
$225 late registration rate from October 31 until conference start.

Guest fee is $70 any time. Covers all social/food events only - no sessions.

Presenter fee is $70 any time - Covers full conference.
