CCU Student Housing Foundation Mission Statement

The CCU Student Housing Foundation was formed in 2003.  The Foundation's mission is to operate exclusively for the benefit of Coastal Carolina University to lease, operate, manage, and contract for the construction of student housing facilities.

The Foundation's Board of Directors primarily comprises of business and community leaders from the University's designated service area.  The Foundation is organized as a nonprofit corporation under the South Carolina Nonprofit Corporation Act and as a tax exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, as amended.
