The Athletic Department has requested a pep band to perform in the stands for the game on Sunday. If you are available, please report to the section 124 (our regular seating) in the stadium on Sunday at 12:30. Bring all your stand music. Dress = band tshirt and khaki
shorts.

After consultation with university officials, the tentative decision (subject to change) has been made by Dr. Tully & Mr. Seymour that the CCU Spirit of the Chanticleer Marching Band will not participate in the rescheduled game on Sunday 9/7/08 vs. Colgate. This is due in part to the safety concerns of band members and staff during an impending hurricane, and the statement in the course syllabus/handbook that no mandatory performances will be changed/added with less than two weeks notice. Band members & staff will receive confirmation of this statement within the next 24-48 hours, but this is the plan as of noon on Wednesday 9/3/08.
