University Bands Administrative Specialist
Judy Dow, CCU Bands Administrative Specialist, holds the BM in Theory & Composition and the MM in Harp Performance from Bowling Green State University (OH).  Additionally she holds a Certificate of Graphic Design from Atlantic Community College (NJ) and an Advanced Technical Certificate in Database Management from Hennepin Technical College (MN).  Judy has significant performance experiences, both as a solo and orchestral harpist and in live theatre, in New Jersey, Ohio, Minneapolis, and throughout the Carolinas.  She has held clerical and recruiting positions in businesses and non-profits, and has managed Music by Judy Dow, a professional music service, since 1981.  She is an active member of the American Harp Association where she has held regional and national offices.
