The crown jewel of Adkins Field House is the Strength and Conditioning Center. Completed in June 2010, the 13,000-square foot facility features the latest in strength and conditioning equipment. The center also houses the offices of Josh Stoner, director of speed, strength and conditioning; Sonya Woods, assistant director of speed, strength and conditioning; and a fourth office shared by two speed, strength and conditioning interns.

The student-athlete Strength and Conditioning Center features:

· 14 Mondo, in-ground platforms
· 14 Ironkore bars
· 14 Texas Power bars
· 19 0-90 degree benches
· Troy Olympic plates
· 5-to-150 pound Cemco Dumbbells
· Three-lane, 30-yard Mondo track
· True Cardio Equipment (four treadmills, four stationary bikes, two ellipticals)
· Keiser and Cybex Functional Trainers
· Six glute-hamstring raise machines
· Two Concept 2 row machines
· TRX Bands
· 14 step-up boxes
· 32 Perform Better medicine balls
· 35 Dynamax medicine balls
· 10 physio balls
