QUEEN NOMINEES
Brittany Akins is a Senior Accounting major from Columbia, SC. She is the Vice-President of Coastal Inspirational Ambassadors (gospel choir), a member of Leadership Challenge, and a student representative for the Council of Coastal Carolina University Women.
Kelly Cann is a Junior Sports Management major. She is the Secretary of Policy for the Student Government Associtaion and has also served as an SGA senator. She is also the Secretary for the Recreation & Sport Management Assoc. (RSMA) and Vice President of the soon to be Women's Club Field Hockey.
Katie Correia is a Senior Marine Science major with a minor in Coastal Geology from Woodstock, NY. She is the President of Phi Sigma Sigma. She is also a member of the Eco-Reps, CUDA, FSA's, Honor Societies, and a research assistant on campus.
Camille Goodlow is Senior Resort Tourism Management major from Cleveland, OH. She is the President of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Inc., Treasurer of C.I.A, a member of Leadership Challenge, and the Spirit of the Chanticleer Marching Band.
Marianne Long is a Senior Marine Science major from Rockland, MA. She is Co-Coordinator of Students Taking Active Responsibility (S.T.A.R.), Co-Chair of the Relay For Life Event, a Student Government Association senator and member of the Student Leader Council and the Executive Council for Colleges Against Cancer.
Katie McClure is a Senior Biology major from OH. She is the Special Events Coordinator for Coastal Productions Board, Student Assistant for Athletic Media Relations, the Official NCAA Volleyball Scorekeeper, Student Administrator of the Athletic Website, a volunteer at Conway Medical Center, and is on the SGA Finance Board and Programming Council.
Julia Olsen is a Senior Health Promotion major from Mechanicsville, MD. She is the president of the National Pan-Hellenic Council, a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Incorporated, Eta Sigma Gamma Health Promotion Honor Society, Health Promotion Club and various other organizations throughout campus.
Kristen Reagan is a Senior Biology major from East Liverpool, OH. She is the President of Gamma Phi Beta sorority, a Fraternity/Sorority Life Ambassador, captain of her Heart Walk 2009 team and member of RotarAct. She has also involved with the Susan G. Komen Foundation for Breast Cancer Awareness for the past five years.
Jessica Respass is a Senior Communication major from Lancaster, SC. She is a founding member of Alpha Delta Pi, the 2009 Panhellenic President, a peer mentor, and a member of the Student Leadership Council and the IFC expansion committee. She is also involved with the Ronald McDonald House, Camp Sunshine, and Relay for Life.
Nicole Rochford is a Freshman Communication major from OH. She is the President of SHORE and actively involved in SCREAM, CPB, and STAR. She enjoys cheering for all of the Coastal sports teams, midnight Sonic runs, endless Wal-Mart trips, watching sports, hanging out with friends, and meeting new people.
Dominique Solone is a Junior Communication major with a minor in Spanish from Columbia, SC. She is a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc and her motto in life is to never regret anything because everything happens for a reason.
Ciera Young is a Senior Communications major from Duncan, SC. She is a very energetic, highly motivated individual. She is proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc, the Coastal Inspirational Ambassadors, an Orientation leader, a Peer Mentor, and a Special Projects Coordinator for the 1954 Society.
KING NOMINEES
Tyler Anthony is a Senior Finance & Economics double major. He is also Treasurer for Pi Kappa Phi Fraternity, a member of the Academic Integrity Committee, Programming Council, Professor of the Year Committee, President of CCU Men's Club Volleyball Team, and IFC's Vice President of Greek Relations.
Mason Campney is a Senior Political Science major from Clarendon, Vermont. He is a member of CCU Customs, News Director and DJ for WCCU Student Radio, and is also in his second term as the Vice President of Public Relations for the Student Government Association.
Nick Cerone is a a Freshman Middle Grades Education major from Albany, New York. He is highly involved in SHORE and is a diehard Chanticleer fan. Outside of school he enjoys running, taking midnight runs to Sonic, and wasting time at Wal-Mart.
Jesse Ford is a Senior History major from Latta, South Carolina. He is the President of the Beta Beta Iota Chapter of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. He is also the 1st Vice President of the National Pan-Hellenic Council. He is a tour guide, orientation leader and also a member of Leadership Challenge.
Dan Jolles is a a Senior Business Management major from Silver Spring, MD. Dan is the current Student Body President, President of Phi Alpha Delta, and is a member of the Student Life Committee, Strategic Planning committee, and Student Leader Council. He also serves as an ex-officio member of the Board of Trustees.
Cavon Knotts is a Senior Sport Management major with a minor in Communications from Irmo, SC. He is a proud member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Incorporated and some of his interests include sports, music, and traveling.
Garrett McGhee is a Senior Accounting and Finance double major. He is a Resident Assistant in Santee Hall, plays intramural soccer, and coaches a youth soccer team for Horry County Parks and Recreation. Garrett is also a photographer for the football team's media relations office.
Braden Pate is a Senior Visual Arts/Graphic Design major from Cheraw, SC. He is a member of Sigma Alpha Epsilon, President of IFC and the chair and host of the "Greek God and Goddess pageant." Braden is also the Art Director for Archarios Literary Art Magazine and Vice President of AIGA (the professional association for design).
Cameron Pearson is a Freshman Education major from Winnsboro, SC. He is involved with Leadership Challenge, NAACP, and Circle K. He is also a life scholar.
Thomas Squire is a Junior Communication major from Silver Spring, MD. He is Music Director for WCCU Radio and is involved with Leadership Challenge, NAACP, Coastal Productions Board, SGA, Student Alumni Ambassador, Edwards College Student Advisory Council, and Coastal Inspirational Ambassadors.
