Monday, April 22, 2013 - Campus Care Day (Earth Day), 9am-3pm, in front of Hicks Dining Hall
Show your CCU pride and help clean up litter around campus. Come to the tent for a trash bag and a recycle bag. Go collect litter in campus and bring back a full bag to the tent to get a free Earth Day t-shirt!

Saturday, May 18, 2013 - Campus Salvage Sale, PODS Parking Lot, 8am-Noon
*Due to the overwhelming popularity of this event, a line will be formed and only a few people will be allowed into the sale at a time. Sale opens at 8am. Come shop all the items left behind and donated by college students, staff and faculty. Most items are $1 each, TVs are $5 each, mini fridges are $20 each. Items such as hangers and books are free. Until May 31, 2013 - Recycle Your Deodorant Sticks
Collecting deodorant sticks for responsible recycling has never been done, and Coastal Carolina University is one of only 50 participants in this pilot program. Recycling deodorant sticks is made possible by these partners: Unilever, NextLife and Earth911. How? Collect deodorant sticks (no aerosols) at key locations across campus, which include by the locker rooms in the HTC Center. Email sustain@coastal.edu with any questions!
