Eco-Rep Application Available

Eco Representatives are students who learn about environmental issues and organize environmental actions in their dorms and around campus. How does your lifestyle affect the environment? Can you help bring about individual change on campus and become a steward for the environment? Typical activities include checking on recycling, talking to students, conducting surveys, putting up posters and organizing events.

Several CCU Students to put on Week-long Earth Week Celebration

CCU students from SEA (Students for Environmental Action), Eco-Reps, the Biology club, and SUW (Society of the Underwater World) will be hosting a week of environmental education to celebrate Earth Day, April 22nd.  The events will begin on Wednesday, April 16th, and end with a keynote speech from Neil Chambers on Tuesday April 22nd.  Other events include t-shirt tye-dyeing, education workshops, film and TV series viewings and much more.  Be on the lookout for the Earth Week event website for a schedule of events
