The following classrooms
all have videoconferencing capability:

A videoconferencing
class consists of an originating site and a receiving site. The originating
site contains the instructor and possibly students. The receiving site
consists of students who can interact with the instructor and students
at the receiving site via live video and audio, asking questions, and
viewing documents, computer presentations, videos, and DVDs. Coastal videoconferencing
classes are denoted with section code "V01" for Conway, "VG"
for Georgetown, and "VW" for Waccamaw.

To report a problem with a
videconferencing classroom, please use the ITS
Job Request System.
To deliver course materials
to the Georgetown and/or Waccamaw Higher Education Centers, please attach
a videoconferencing
course materials delivery form to your materials and deliver it to
the Academic Outreach drop box in SNGL 222 by 1 pm the Monday
through Thursday, and 8:30 am the Friday they are needed in class
(courier service is provided Monday–Friday during fall and spring
semesters, and Monday–Thursday during summer
semester). To deliver course materials after 1 pm the Monday through Thursday,
and after 8:30 am the Friday they are needed in class, please fax them
(UHAL 228, 349-2518; Georgetown, 546-0117; Waccamaw,
979-0884).
