All vehicles must be returned with a full tank of fuel to avoid additional charges.
Enterprise and CCU Motor Pool vehicles have assigned credit cards for gas purchases. To purchase gas using the Wright Express credit card, a pin number is required. The pin number is the number 7 plus the last five (5) digits of your social security number. Example: if your social security number is 123-12-1234, your pin number would be 721234. You would key the number "7" plus the last 5 digits of your social security number. Please sign the gas receipt and include with the paperwork, keys, and credit card when the vehicle is returned to Transportation.
If this pin number doesn't work, you may use the generic pin number at that time. The generic pin number is 741701. This number will always work unless the station is having trouble with their credit card machines. If this number does not work, have the clerk call the toll free number listed on the back of the credit card. The customer service representative should be able to let you know why the card was rejected. Please inform the Transportation department if your social security number is rejected so it can be entered into the state system to avoid any future problems.
