Motor Pool Rates

Motor pool vehicles are used for local and short trips only.  Vehicles are charged by the miles driven, not on a daily basis.  The mileage rate is $.44 per mile.  Fuel is included in the cost.

Enterprise Rates

Charges for renting Enterprise vehicles are as follows. These prices include tax. One day is considered 24 hours. If a vehicle is scheduled to leave before 8:00 a.m., Enterprise has offered to try to deliver the vehicle the day before between 4:00 p.m. -  5:00 p.m. so that supplies or items to be taken on trip can be loaded. This is not guaranteed.

Please note:  There are certain states that Enterprise will not allow passenger vans to travel into for insurance purposes.  These states are:  Connecticut, District of Columbia, Florida, Iowa, Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, and New York. It is your responsibility to check all vehicles (motor pool and Enterprise) for any scratches or dents before leaving and note anything that you find on the diagram provided on your contract.  You should also notify the Transportation Services office if picking up the vehicle during normal business hours. There will be an additional charge from Enterprise for excessive filth to vehicle and/or if it is not returned with a full tank of gas.
