About Us:
Scheduling falls under two functional areas at Coastal Carolina University: the Office of the Registrar schedules all regular academic classes and the Office of Conference Services and Facilities Utilization schedules all other events and activities. The mission of University Conference Services and Facilities Utilization is to centralize the process of scheduling facilities; to minimize scheduling conflicts throughout the University and aid in the coordination of academic and non-academic scheduling priorities; to maintain and enforce consistent scheduling policies, priorities and procedures; to increase the degree of University-wide communications relative to scheduling; to increase campus awareness of University events through timely and accurate communication; and to provide accurate information and quality customer service to faculty, staff, students, and community. |
