Volunteer Monitoring—Surfside Beach
As part of the Surfside Beach Stormwater Committee´s efforts to improve the quality of the Town´s local water resources, a volunteer-based effort is underway to engage citizens in monitoring the health of our lakes, help identify areas for improvement, and help to better protect our lakes and ocean for the future enjoyment by our citizens and our visitors. The program began in June 2010.
