The Facilities Operations division is dedicated to providing a quality environment for CCU's students, faculty and staff, and visitors.

The services of Facilities Operations are tailored to meet the changing needs of those who occupy a wide variety of facility types ranging from administrative offices, classrooms, labs, hallways, restrooms and athletic facilities. We make every effort to provide the best service possible to meet the specific needs and requirements of our customers.

Facilities Operations is responsible for maintaining the University's buildings and grounds on campus as well as three off-site locations in Myrtle Beach, Litchfield and Georgetown.

The division is staffed with more than 100 skilled personnel who work in the following areas: Custodial ServicesFacilities Supplies and University Grounds.
