Nancy Ratcliff holds the Ph.D. degree in Elementary Education with Specialization in Early Childhood Education and Child Psychology from Indiana State University. She currently serves as Chair of the Department of Foundations, Curriculum, and Instruction in the Spadoni College of Education and teaches courses in the early childhood program. Dr. Ratcliff taught grades kindergarten through grade four with the Fountain Central School District in Indiana prior to beginning her career in higher education. Her research interests center on classroom climate, school-family relationships, and effective teaching. Dr. Ratcliff has authored articles in professional journals and delivered numerous presentations at professional conferences.
