Biography

Palmer is an anthropological archaeologist specializing in historical archaeology. A Registered Professional Archaeologist (RPA) since 2002, Palmer has experience from historical and prehistoric projects in the U.S. Southeast, New England, Arizona, California, and the Commonwealth of the Bahamas. In addition to university-level teaching and research, Palmer has also worked in the area of cultural resources management (CRM) for private companies and tribal government and as a regional archaeologist.
