Biography
Ryan Failing was born and raised in the small town of Bath, Mich. He later went to Central Michigan University where he received a B.S in public health education and substance abuse counseling. After graduating Failing worked for two years as a phlebotomist before returning to school to pursue a Master of Arts in higher education student affairs. Failing has many passions within student affairs and academic advising including student development theory and creating equitable systems.
