Jonathan Wentz (Assistant Professor of Theatre Design, focused on Scenery and Costumes) has designed and painted for productions, companies and universities throughout the country, including: Adirondack Theatre Festival, Berkshire Theatre Group, Theatreworks of Colorado Springs, Shadowland Stages, The Depot Theatre, Two River Theatre Company, Colorado Springs Fine Art Center, Cortland Repertory Theatre, Mills Entertainment, Adirondack Studios (at Pandora/WDW Animal Kingdom), and the Women’s Theatre Company of NJ. Mr. Wentz holds a BFA graphic design from Rochester Institute of Technology, studied scenography with Rutgers’ Mason Gross School of the Arts, interned with the Metropolitan Opera Company, and earned his MFA in Drama (Design & Production) from UNC Greensboro. A native of the Finger Lakes Region of Western NY, Jonathan comes to us as a 30-year resident of the NY/NJ Metropolitan area.
