What research has led to this request?

After a discussion between the program coordinator and those who have taught or are likely to teach the course, it was determined that the prerequisite was not necessary.

What impact will this request have on existing academic programs?

It will allow a greater deal of flexibility for students in the program. They do not have to start in fall semester in order to get the prerequisite for a summer course.

What financial costs are associated with this request?

None

If NO change in cost is anticipated, how is this possible?

All courses will continue to be offered.
