Walker receives Zonta award
Deb Walker was presented the Zonta's Gold Star Award, given to women who show exemplary service in their community. According to Kelly O'Neill Bagwell, Zonta president, Walker received the award for all the work she has done with her students, the Eastern Carolina Coalition Against Human Trafficking (ECCAHT) and the community.Founded in 1919, Zonta International is a global organization of executives and professionals working together to advance the status of women worldwide through service and advocacy.
