Video: Professor's communication activism class raises $1,000 for hurricane relief

Each year, Deborah Breede's communication activism class chooses a collaborative project to lend its members skills to a social project. With the damage suffered in the local community because of Hurricane Florence, the class decided to help victims of the storm through its project. The result was an event called, Don't Let Flo Steal the Show, at the House of Blues in North Myrtle Beach.
