Center for Peace and Conflict Studies formed
With the start of this academic year, Coastal Carolina University’s Center for Peace and Conflict Studies began service to both students and the non-campus community.
You have already received from the Provost’s Office an email announcing the posting of the Center’s student forum, or blog. Periodically throughout the school year, the Center will post a question or general topic and solicit student response. This forum promotes the free exchange of ideas on issues relevant to peace and conflict globally. The Center encourages you to share your thoughts online about the posted question or topic, to respect the right of free speech and diversity of opinions. The Center promotes human respect, human rights and human responsibility.
