Nelljean Rice has a new grandson

Nelljean Rice, dean of University College, has a new grandson! Luke Samuel (after the late Samuel Paul Rice) Carney was born Jan. 7, 2012, in Columbia, Md. He weighed 7 pounds, 4.8 ounces and was 21 1/2 inches long. Nelljean reports that baby, mom and grandmother are all doing well!
