CCU Greek grad named in ‘Thirty under 30’
Henry LaRosa, from Mount Sinai, N.Y., has been awarded the Pi Kappa Phi Fraternity’s “Thirty under 30” for 2014.
LaRosa, a 2011 graduate who majored in business administration and business management, served as vice archon, warden and Push America chairman within the Greek chapter.
On campus, LaRosa was a CINO Quest counselor, an Orientation leader, an ecological representative, a resident assistant and a finalist for the Ronald D. Lackey award at CCU.
His passion for environmental sustainability led to employment as solar salesman and installer for Long Island Power Solutions. He also started a nationally certified company called American Green Roof and Solar Technologies Corporation.
