CCU adds Employee Assistance Program

LifeServices EAP (Employee Assistance Program) will be available to all university employees (excluding student assistants) free of charge as of Dec. 1. The EAP program will provide resources to ease the burden of emotional, marital, financial, legal, physical stress or other issues with professional help that is 100 percent confidential. This plan extends to dependents and other members of the household as well.

The specific details of the program will be circulated to employees by the Office of Human Resources and Equal Opportunity in the coming weeks. "Our goal is to assist employees in attaining the highest possible quality of health, well-being and overall productivity," according to CCU President David A. DeCenzo.
