Trip adviser sought

The Office of Student Life is looking for a staff or faculty member to serve as a trip adviser and van driver for the Thanksgiving Break alternative break trip from Saturday, Nov. 19, to Saturday, Nov.26. It is a great opportunity to work with a small group of students and help them grow and develop into leaders and active citizens through the alternative break experience. The Thanksgiving break alternative breaks group will work with the North Carolina Aquarium on Roanoke Island.

Located on the Outer Banks, three miles north of Manteo on Roanoke Island, the North Carolina Aquarium is an educational attraction focused on inspiring appreciation and conservation of North Carolina's aquatic environments.

There is no financial cost to serve as a trip adviser for the alternative break trip. The trip adviser will co-advise the group with the coordinator of civic engagement.
