Notes from 'Food Man'

Jeff Stone, aka "Food Man," director of food services for Aramark, reports that since the menu changed on the Road Rooster food wagon on Prince Lawn to include Asian selections such as stir-fry and dim sum, it has been a big hit.

Also, Hicks Dining Hall has been open Thursdays to Sundays from 11 p.m. – 2 a.m., and is averaging more than 600 hungry students a night.
