Campus trainers sought for TDSE

University colleagues,

Would you like a chance to make a difference by challenging and strengthening the skills of CCU employees? Now is your opportunity! Training, Development and Service Excellence (TDSE) is seeking campus partners who are willing to facilitate trainings in areas such as:

Professional Development (stress management, conflict resolution, etc.)
CCU Best Practices (WebAdvisor, Perceptive workflow, etc.)
Technology (Office 365, Moodle, etc.)
Human Resources (Life Services EAP, interviewing, etc.)
Leadership Institute (strategic planning, project management, etc.)
Service Excellence (department specific customer service trainings, telephone skills, etc.)
Retreat/Teambuilding (personality assessments, work/life balance, etc.)
Trending (phone apps, social media, etc.)
Other

If you are interested in facilitating a training in any of the above areas, we have created a “Campus Partner Presentation Guidelines” that can be accessed through the “forms” page underneath “Training, Development and Service Excellence.” These guidelines provide the step-by-step application process that is required for first-time facilitators. This process is to ensure consistency and branding across all trainings.
