Social Media Campaign goes inside WCOB Classrooms

The Office of University Communication conducted a social media challenge for academic colleges on campus during the Fall 2015 semester. The feature, created by the University’s marketing and social media coordinator Brent Reser, showcased classrooms on a weekly basis by displaying live classroom video footage and photography on all University social media channels. Each college was featured for four weeks, which gave current and potential students the opportunity to see firsthand the wide array of programs offered at CCU.

Last semester, the social media challenge visited the classrooms of Kenrick Jordan (finance and economics), Nicholas Rhew (management), Melissa Clark (marketing), Jennifer Calhoun (hospitality, resort and tourism management) and Phillip Njoroge (accounting). During these visits, the video footage and photography was uploaded to all University social media channels, thus allowing our more than 20,000 total followers a glimpse into these classrooms.
