Grant Center for Real Estate and Economic Development
Student Clubs and Professional Societies
The Grant Center offers clubs and organizations for students and members of the business community.
The CCU Real Estate Club is an initiative of Coastal Carolina University’s Grant Center for Real Estate and Economic Development. It is open to everyone interested in investment, residential and commercial real estate. The club will meet regularly at the General Aviation Building of the Myrtle Beach International Airport; meeting dates and speakers will be announced in advance. Speakers will include local and regional leaders, along with government officials, who will discuss a wide range of pertinent topics.
The Land Development and Real Estate Club is a student initiative of Coastal Carolina University’s Grant Center for Real Estate and Economic Development. The club is open to all CCU students regardless of major. Club meetings will include guest speaking events, site tours, panel discussions and social events. The club prepares its members for a world in which the business of real estate remains local while also becoming increasingly global. The club will provide career advice and professional development opportunities through resources on campus and through contacts in the real estate industry.
