LaQuasha's Video

Have you seen the smiling face of LaQuasha Brown? If you have had class with her, passed her on campus, or visited the CHANT411 desk lately, chances are you have had the privilege. If only all of us could be so lucky.

A senior psychology student from Bennettsville, S.C., LaQuasha decided to give Coastal Carolina a look after a friend enrolled. After visiting the friend and going on her own campus tour, LaQuasha was sold. Since making the decision to become a Chanticleer, she has enjoyed what she calls the “tight-knit family” atmosphere of Coastal.

Stressing how helpful the campus community is, perhaps becoming part of the CHANT411 staff was LaQuasha’s way of giving back. Whatever the ultimate reason was for her applying to become an information specialist, her skill at providing assistance to others is very much appreciated by Coastal Carolina University.

LaQuasha wants to use her psychology education to land a job helping the younger population. Before that, she plans to increase her knowledge in her field by earning a graduate degree. Until she departs campus after next semester, Coastal Carolina will still have an extra glow due to LaQuasha’s bright smile.

LaQuasha learned about Coastal through a friend.
LaQuasha works for CHANT411.
