Hello, my name is Michael Preston Lauyans. I am a junior interdisciplinary studies major from Mullins, S.C. I knew I wanted to go to Coastal because it was close to home and I was able to secure many scholarships that have allowed me to focus on my academics. I love CCU because of how close it is to the beach and I have made many lifelong friends during my time here. I love learning new things and I have a broad array of Interests. CCU is perfect in that it is accommodating to all my interests and my major allows me to research and learn new things constantly.
