CCU’s Spadoni College partners with TEACH South Carolina for educator recruitment
Holley Tankersley, Ph.D., dean of the Spadoni College of Education and Social Sciences, explained the benefits of the partnership: “The TEACH South Carolina website provides great benefits to prospective students. The site provides free one-on-one consulting ‘career coaching’ via Zoom, phone, or email to help students find programs and refine their applications. Students can compare programs across institutions, including curriculum, costs, etc., with a chatbot for extra help. They can also be reimbursed for college application costs up to $100. The site directs them to all financial aid opportunities for educator prep students, and students who sign up and subsequently matriculate into an educator preparation program are eligible to win a $1,000 scholarship.”
For more information, prospective students can sign up for the undergraduate and graduate program checklists.
