NIKKI VILLAGOMEZ 
How Culture Affects Typography

Nikki Villagomez,a nationally recognized artist and speaker on typography who holds a BFA in graphic design from Louisiana State University, worked in New York before returning to her home state of South Carolina. She founded and became the first president of the South Carolina chapter of the American Institute of Graphic Arts (AIGA). Villagomez is Chief Marketing Officer at Bernard Robinson & Company, L.L.P. a CPA and advisory firm in their Charlotte, NC office. She maintains her blog “culture+typography.”
