STOLEN BABIES OF SPAIN
Stolen Babies of Spain is a 2019 feature-length, award-winning documentary film that examines infant trafficking in Spain between 1939-1992. Based on 300 victim interviews and four years of research, the film depicts the victims’ search for truth, justice, and reconciliation. Filmmakers Mara Lencina and Greg Rabidoux, along with CCU assistant professor of Spanish Edurne Beltrán de Heredia Carmona, introduce the film and leads a discussion after the screening.
