ADS Testing Center

The Testing Center is available to students registered with ADS and approved for testing accommodations. Students access the Testing Center and coordindate arrangements with their instructors and ADS via the use of Accommodate. As a reminder, all exams taken in the ADS testing center must be scheduled 72 hours in advance of the exam.

Steps for scheduling and taking an exam at ADS:

  1. Student logs into Accommodate
  2. Student submits testing request, which will then be sent to ADS as well as the Faculty member for the course. (You MUST schedule your exam AT LEAST 72 hours in advance. Times within that 72 hour range will not be available)
  3. When scheduling tests, please keep in mind that testing is initiated between 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday through Friday. (If you have a test that will take more than two hours to complete, it cannot be scheduled at 3 p.m.). Students planning to take final exams in the Testing Center must inform Accessibility and Disability Services two weeks prior to finals.
  4. On the day of a scheduled test or exam, arrive at Laurel Hall at the scheduled time. The allotted test time will not be extended due to tardiness. Students arriving early will not be permitted to start the test until the scheduled time, nor will students be permitted to study during the scheduled testing time. Instructors will be notified of late arrivals and no shows.
  5. Students accommodated with testing services at the Testing Center are expected to adhere to the Academic Integrity Code as stated by the University. Please be advised that the testing facilities at Accessibility and Disability Services are monitored and recorded by closed-circuit television.
