Eaglin Residence Hall Renovation

Eaglin Residence Hall

The CCU board of trustees recently approved the renovation of Eaglin Residence Hall, which began in January 2021 at a projected cost of $5 million. Eaglin was built in 2000 and houses 394 students. Renovations will include a new HVAC system, electrical upgrades, updated technology, mass notification systems, and interior refurbishment. An elevator replacement project will also be a part of the renovation process.

Similar renovations were recently completed for Ingle Hall, adjacent to Eaglin. These renovations will take place predominantly during the summer as to not adversely affect residential students.
