Coastal Carolina University does an amazing job taking care of our campus community – our students, faculty, staff, vendors, board members, donors, family members, employers and alumni. The University strives to provide faster, friendlier and easier collegiate customer service and this is the time to address ways to improve our service.
I am confident that Coastal Carolina University will be a leader in service excellence...
Let's keep moving forward. My goal is for everyone to have a heightened awareness of the service we provide – whether that be during office hours, walking through campus or participating in an event on campus. We are here to meet the expectation that our students will be prepared to graduate, get good jobs and meet the goals they have set for themselves because of their CCU experience. We are all part of delivering this expectation and experience.
I am confident that Coastal Carolina University will continue to be a leader in service excellence and a campus where all can Feel the Teal.
