• 2021-22 Dependent Verification Worksheet OR
• 2021-22 Independent Verification Worksheet
• Tax Filers: Students (and spouse, if applicable) and/or Parent(s)
  • Use IRS Data Retrieval OR Signed copy of the 2019 federal tax return (including Schedules 1, 2, 3 and Schedule C, if applicable) OR Copy of 2019 IRS Tax Transcript. 
• Non-filers: Students (and spouse, if applicable) and/or Parent(s)
  • Student Filing Verification Form
  • Parent Filing Verification Form
  • Copy of 2019 Verification of Non-filing Letter from the IRS.  Dependent students are initially exempt from Non-filing letter
• Copy of all 2019 W2’s OR utilize IRS Data Retrieval

V5 Group:
