We are trying to be consistent with all classes in our program. Also, to remove a potential bottleneck to students progress through our program.

None. This change will simply make our classes consistent and remove a potential bottleneck for students

Simply a change to maintain consistency among our classes -- all of our upper division classes have the same pre-reqs.
