Rob Young imageThese are exciting times for graduate studies at Coastal Carolina University. Since CCU’s first graduate program started 25 years ago in the College of Education, the University’s graduate offerings have grown to 29 different programs in a variety of academic disciplines, with more on the way. In recognition of the increasing role of graduate education at the University, these programs have been consolidated in the spring of 2019 under the new College of Graduate Studies and Research. This new college serves the faculty and students involved in graduate education and is committed to maintaining and expanding graduate educational opportunities aligned with the University's mission. Also under the new college are the Office of Sponsored Programs and Research Services and the Office of Undergraduate Research, providing a unique and outstanding level of coordination and synergy between faculty, graduate, and undergraduate research activities.

The graduate programs at Coastal Carolina University are enhanced by the quality of faculty, small class sizes and opportunities for advanced experiential learning. Our graduates go on to assume important roles as leaders and innovators in business, teaching, public administration, science, the fine arts, and many other fields. If you are looking for a graduate school and want attentive and knowledgeable faculty, supportive staff and amazing opportunities to influence others, to experiment, to lead and to travel while obtaining your degree, then Coastal Carolina University is the place for you.

I invite you to explore these pages for more information on our graduate programs, as well as details about undergraduate research opportunities and grants and research services at CCU. If you can’t find what you’re after, please don’t hesitate to contact us directly.
