About Michael King, Vice Chairman

Michael King, a native of Myrtle Beach, started his real estate career at 19 while he was a student at Coastal Carolina College. Over the years, he has marketed, sold, and developed properties that have won local, regional, national and international recognition. KingOne Properties has locations in Myrtle Beach; Charleston, S.C.; Ft. Lauderdale, Fla., and Toronto.

King is a prominent businessman and is active in his community, with a focus on helping child-affiliated charities. He is the co-chairman of fundraising for an Horry County safe house for mothers and children who are victims of domestic violence; president of 2 Live Beyond, a local charity that raises money for eight different children’s charities; an advisory board member of the WALBER foundation, an organization that helps children have the courage to achieve their dreams; and the vice chairman for the Grant Center for Real Estate and Economics Advisory Board. 

King resides in Myrtle Beach with his wife, Victoria, son, Christian, and two daughters, Giselle and Luciana.
