Conway, SC - Coastal Carolina University’s Grant Center for Real Estate and Economics will hold the 2018 Real Estate Awards at 5 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 3, 2018, at Coastal Carolina University. This event is free and open to the public. The ceremony will be in the Johnson Auditorium, Room 116 in the E. Craig Wall Sr. College of Business Administration building on campus.

The awards ceremony was originally scheduled for Oct. 5, 2018, as a part of the center’s annual Economic Growth and Real Estate Summit. The Growth Summit has been rescheduled for the spring of 2019 due to Hurricane Florence’s impacts on the Grand Strand.

The Real Estate Awards, made possible through a gift from the Tony and Carrie Grant Fund, celebrate excellence in residential, resort, commercial, and government/public/nonprofit sectors. New this year is an additional category that recognizes restaurants.

Sixteen properties were announced as the nominees for the awards in August. Winners will be selected by an independent committee of community stakeholders and the Grant Center’s Advisory Board.
